Outcome of La Marseillaise

By Mr.Bordsenius at 2002-08-04

Marco Foyot won his 6th Marseillaise title after defeating the Napolitano team ( 13-0 ) in the semi-finals, and the Fernadez team ( 13-0 again ) in the finals.

Marco played with Dominque Usaï and Pascal Mileï, obviously a splendid combination.
This year close to 11000 participated in the competition. It was a great day for Marco. He now equals the record of Kokoyan, who won 6 times as well. Only one player has ever done better, namely Pisapia, who won 7 times between 1964 and '90.
